Elite Recovery Group LLC ("ERG," "we," "us") is a licensed debt collection agency based at 1616 E Main St, Ste 230, Mesa, AZ 85203, specializing in third-party recovery for property management companies and landlords.

  • From property partners and landlords who place accounts with us: resident account details, contact information, and balance records necessary to attempt recovery, in accordance with the FDCPA and Regulation F.
  • From residents and consumers we contact: the information provided during account communication, dispute resolution, or payment, retained as required by federal and state collection law.
  • From website visitors: information submitted through our contact or callback forms, and standard analytics data (pages visited, general location, device type) collected automatically.

How we use it

  • To recover placed balances, communicate with account holders, and process payments and disputes.
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through this site.
  • To meet our recordkeeping obligations under the FDCPA, Regulation F, and applicable state collection-agency licensing law.
  • To operate and improve this website, using aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share account information only as necessary to perform our recovery services (for example, with the property partner that placed the account, credit reporting agencies where applicable, or as required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request).

Your rights

If you are a resident or consumer contacted by ERG regarding a placed account, your rights to dispute, request validation, or request cessation of contact are governed by the FDCPA and Regulation F. Data retention and security

We retain account and consumer information for as long as required by the FDCPA, Regulation F, and applicable state licensing recordkeeping rules, and we maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards around that information.
